We live in a 5 bed, 2 bath home with a large entertaining deck and a large saltwater pool. We have a dedicated spare room with a comfy double bed and air conditioning throughout the house. We would happily allow a family group too. We have all the mod cons necessary for a relaxed stay. We are located only 4kms from the city center and central all that Townsville has to offer.

All we need is for someone to take care of our independent cat, Troubles. He is extremely low maintenance (no kitty litter). We also need someone to keep the pool clean as well (you will want to use it anyway).

We have an automated bore sprinkler system and will organize someone to mow while we are away, so no yard maintenance is necessary.
