We have a comfortable, low maintenance 5 bedroom home with an office, 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and 2 queen size bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and office. We are going on an extended holiday from start of July until mid September and are seeking someone to house sit our home which comes with a dog (mastiff) and four chooks. Lawn mowing is included. House Sitters will occupy bottom storey but have access to upstairs in case it is required. House is close to sand dunes and native bush, beach is a 1km walk through dunes and native bushland. We have a reasonable sized veggie garden which you can have free run of but there is no requirement to maintain. Downstairs has a kitchen/dining/ tv room plus playroom/library and formal lounge.
