We have a lovely home on 7 acres 5 km from the city of Warrnambool. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is surrounded by trees and lush pastures and abounds with bird life and occasional visits from kangaroos and koalas. We can hear to rolling sea most days but cannot see it from the house. We have 2 happy, large outside dogs who are well socialised and very obedient and easy care. The dogs do need feeding pre-soaked dog nuts twice a day.We run 3 mares and 1 foal on out paddocks and we only ask that you check their water trough is full a couple of times a week. We have a low maintenance garden but the vegies may need a couple of waterings if it get dry, as with a flower bed or two.
