Requirements: Set on 2 acres of manicured land, our home is a large, homestead style brick veneer residence with veranda’s, numerous outdoor living options, country style open plan kitchen/dining area, gas appliances, combustion wood space heater, portable gas heater, portable air conditioner, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets (1 Ensuite to main) plus study, family room, formal lounge, dedicated alfresco dining area, games room, double lock-up car garage, workshop/storage room and loft (storage). Also available at the premise is a Spa, a Sauna and Exercise Equipment.

We have a solar array on our roof and the property is neighboured by other quality acreage properties.

The house is surrounded by formal gardens and lawns with the remainder of the property being maintained by (ride-on} mowing. Pathways lead to a Gazebo sitting over a substantial irrigation water storage dam (with water lilies). There is lots of bird life!

The property is on a sealed road, 3 Km's from the centre of Maffra Township, 1 to 1 ½ hours from mountain range destinations, e.g. Dargo/Licola and 1 to 1 1/2 hours from Victoria's iconic 90 Mile Beach, e.g. Seaspray and/or Lakes Entrance. Lots of fishing options here!

We have a dog, his name is Zac. He is four (4) years old, (very) well behaved and he 'loves everyone'! He is a 'Cardigan Corgi'.
