* I will be leaving on 4 October. I will show the house-sitter the ropes on 3 October. :)

* I need another house sit between 31 Oct 23 - 5 or 6 Nov 23 - ideally with the same sitter. You are most welcome to stay the WHOLE period between 3 October and 5 or 6 November 23. However, please note that I will be home between 9 Oct - 31 Oct, and I mostly work from home.

* Spacious ground floor unit with car space. I will have a set of keys and the guest bedroom ready for you.

* One cat - gets scared easy so please be gentle and kind. He will get used to you in 2 days and will purr when you pet him - I will introduce you. He requires minimal care. the Vet is just 5 minutes away walking - IF necessary.

* I'll prefer no children since my cat is scared of them - older less noisy children ok.

* If you are bringing a pet with you, please know that my cat has always been solo. So, may not be compatible. However, I had seen him 'talk' to both small dogs and cats although through barriers.

* I have some indoor house plants. Some outdoor herbs that does not need much care, feel free to use them,

* If you need to stay longer, please let me know. I am sure I can accommodate.

* 1 request, please respect my religious belief and do not cook beef in the house. You can cook anything else. :)
