House sit Mylor

Mylor offers a distinct rhythm for your stay, especially if caring for an active pet. Mornings might begin with a quiet walk down a country road or along the Mylor Conservation Park tracks, letting your charge sniff out the eucalyptus. The Mylor General Store provides local essentials and a warm coffee, a convenient stop after a morning outing. The days unfold with the sound of kookaburras, not traffic, encouraging a relaxed pace within your temporary home. Beyond daily routines, the Adelaide Hills beckon. Sections of the Heysen Trail are accessible for longer, more strenuous walks, offering expansive views and deep bushland immersion – check for pet allowances on specific segments. Alternatively, short drives lead to other parks like Scott Creek Conservation Park, where natural beauty is abundant. Evenings often mean clear skies and the quiet hum of the countryside, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Weekends open up further exploration. A short drive connects you to Stirling for Saturday markets with local produce, or Hahndorf's historic streets and bakeries. These outings are best done after settling your pets comfortably at home, allowing you to sample local fare or browse artisan shops. Remember, a vehicle is essential for navigating the scattered delights of the Hills, turning weekend trips into scenic drives through vine-covered hillsides and historic villages. Mylor fosters a calm, connected experience with the natural world surrounding your temporary home.
