We live on a small acreage, a 30 Minute drive from Launceston. We have a 10 year old cat, and several chickens. We would prefer a couple, who will already be in Tasmania at that time, or Tasmanian residents looking for a tree change for a few months. Because of the length of this house sit, we need to be sure to choose the right couple. We would prefer no pets or children. We have a large garden and orchard, and whilst there is not a lot to do from May until September, we would appreciate a little TLC to keep the garden tidy and the lawn mowed.

We are extremely house proud people and would only be interested in house sitters who are like minded and have very good references. Our village contains a Post Office, Service Station, IGA supermarket, Coffee Shop, Take Away, and a very good Tavern.
