House sit BALLINA

We live in a tidy two storey town house 30 seconds walk to the river, near Norton Park. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs (queen and single).

There is a lovely young boarder who rents from me in the upstairs bedroom (ensuite) during the week and goes home on the weekend (24, female). To make sure she is comfortable, we are seeking a female house/pet sitter who is friendly and not a super hyped person.

She’s 24 and a fairly quiet young professional. She loves cooking and goes to the gym. She loves the animals also. She is also going away for some time in September but hasn’t locked in dates yet.

The yard is quite small won’t require anything done. It is fenced and secure with a high fence. I would estimate it as (L shaped around the unit) 10mx4m and 5mx3m. The front has asmall strip gardens and a wee little patch (of very wet with all this rain!) grass about 2mx1m.

Isabelle Le poodle likes little walks, not so keen on water or big scary dogs. She regularly stops walking if you’ve gone too far and loves being carried home!!! That is mostly in hot weather. She walks much more happily in cool weather. She is trained to use disposable blue mats if I’m out working (shift worker) or she has to have the doggie locked because of rain or overnight, otherwise I take her out for a wee every time I’m going to the bin, or to get clothes on/off the line etc.

My partner lives next door but works away and is “a tad unreliable”!!
