Live enjoy Terry and Rae’s propriety and surrounding area, located <3km out of the Mallacoota CBD on a 1 hectare property in close proximity to the beach and Mallacoota lake. On our property we have an assortment of poultry which only require checking and top up of self feeders (3-4 days) with a watering system in place for them. They love some greens thrown in if available from our garden or your veggie scraps. We have two alpacas that love to be hand fed. If you are keen to get into the garden, you would be most welcome, otherwise just some simple watering would need to be attended to.

If you are a keen bird watcher and just love the Australian wildlife, you need only step outside to see what is around you or go for a walk short drive to see more.

The house has solar systems, supporting electric and water, which we would appreciate you taking advantage of in optimising power savings. There is a reverse cycle air con up stairs and a wood heater downstairs, which easily heats the house and wood will be available.

You will have full access to internet and Netflix along with SONOS Stereo system throughout the house.

You have access to a BBQ & dinning table on each level.

We have a network of community members to help support any unforeseen issues that may arise.

This is our first engagement for seeking a house sitter and hopeful we tick the boxes for someone who might also be available for house sitting from September 2024 for 2-4 months.
