We live in a quiet residential street in South Dubbo, a ten minute power walk to our river walkway and fifteen minute walk to the CBD. Our house is a small but comfortable weatherboard with a north facing deck and south facing front verandah. The house has evaporative air con, a bath tub and shower, two double beds and an office. We have two female Cairn terriers (12 & 10 years old) that love walks, bones and sleeping. Our garden needs regular watering as we have recently completed a backyard blitz and added new plants. We have minimal lawn now which takes less than 5 minutes to mow. There are two bicycles available for use in the garden shed.
