I have no pets so the only thing that would be required is to keep the veggies and fruit trees alive and some general gardening in the rest of the garden (Not a big area). Ideally I would prefer an older couple who have their own caravan or motor home that is fully self contained ie: shower and toilet. I will supply power and water. Access for vans and/or MH's is very easy off a rear lane. You would be more than welcome to partake of any fruit or veggies that are edible at the time too.
