Two storey, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house available for 2 months over December/January 2018/19. Located approximately 9km from the Sydney CBD. Bus route to the city goes directly past the house. Within walking distance of two local shopping centres with supermarkets cafes and speciality shops. Also close to Chatswood shopping centre with great variety of shops, restaurants and movies. Within driving distance (15-45 mins) of the harbour and surf beaches. Two pets that are relatively low care - one is a blue tongue lizard who lives upstairs in a terrarium and the other a rabbit who is free range in the back yard. We also have visiting lorikeets who like a bit of seed each day.
