House sit Glebe

Glebe offers a relaxed rhythm that settles in quickly once you find your footing on Norton Street. Mornings usually begin with a short stroll to a local café for coffee before the midday heat hits. If you are looking after a dog, the long, shaded pathways through Blackwattle Bay Reserve provide excellent walking loops with views over the water. Many sitters find that heading toward the waterfront for a sunset walk helps them decompress after a day of managing household responsibilities. Weekends allow for easy escapes toward the coast or the city. You can catch a bus or walk toward Pyrmont to reach the harbor, or take a quick trip to the Glebe Markets to browse local crafts and produce. The proximity to the city means transit is straightforward, yet the leafy streets around the university feel tucked away from the urban rush. Balancing pet care with these outdoor excursions makes the house sitting experience feel less like a job and more like a local residency.
