We live in an old Queenslander in the leafy suburb of Ashgrove.We are situated approx. 4kms to the CBD and 700meters to Woolworths,Coles Aldi,bakeries ,restaurants, and cafes.We have two elderly dogs. Mocha a Great Dane who is nearly 11 and Jagger a 10 year old Staffy X.Mocha loves everything,people,animals,soft toys. Mocha needs in her food a daily tablet and two on Tuesdays.Jagger needs an introduction to people before he licks them to death.They only require a short walk due to age.We have small fish pond in the back yard, which will require a pellet to put in two weeks into the sit.We mostly have a fruit and vegetable garden and indoor plants which will need watering.We have an in ground pool.We will arrange professional pool maintenance midsit. May need additional chlorine and emptying of skimmer basket in between. The property has WIFI,Netflix,Aircon in bedrooms and sleep out. Ensuite and Spa in main bedroom.Fireplace.
