Requirements
We have a beautiful house and garden 5 minutes out of the township of Hay, NSW.
We have two dogs who are very much part of the family. A golden Labrador and a young kelpie. We also have three horses who at that time of year are very low maintenance.
The garden is large, but we have a good automatic watering system and have arranged a gardener to come over that period.
We have a swimming pool, and tennis court and Hay is a pretty town on the Murrumbidgee with beautiful river side walks, a free 50m swimming pool, locally run gym and a few pubs to have a ok meal. The house is air-conditioned which is important as Hay can get very hot in January.
