We need a stable retired couple to replace us for approximately seven weeks. We are retired mum and dad parents for two currently six-month old Russian Blue adolescent kittens. We will provide all food and cat litter and pay for any arising veterinary expenses. We would prefer you to have a car and bring no other pets to the property. There is plenty of street parking around our home. We live in Vaucluse in a spacious and comfortable Art Deco penthouse whole-floor apartment in a boutique block of three. Our top floor apartment has good harbour views. There are eight steps down to the property; there are then 15 steps up to our own external front door. The apartment would be yours to live in rent free during our absence in Europe and South America for approximately seven weeks in return for caring for and loving our kittens. We would like to discuss with you how best you may suit our needs. We are ten minutes to the Watsons Bay harbour pool and Ferry Wharf which is 20 minutes by ferry to Circular Quay and the CBD. There are regular bus services to the city at each end of our street. There are many coastal walks and harbour beaches close by to us. We are also close to Bondi Beach.
