House sitter no longer able to mind our house and dog due to illness. Three bedroom house of local Adelaide artist with fruit trees and veggie garden. Active 12 year old dog to care for. Reverse cycle heating and also wood combustion heater. 1950 style house. Great library. Great location. 20 minutes from city, 15 minutes from Somerton Beach by car.
