Both easy . Dog needs walking daily and cat needs to be rained in by twilight . Both spoilt but easy and loving .

Hamptons style new build .
Lennox Head is lovely coastal village. Great restaurants and cafés. My home is 300yrds from a new shopping complex with Woolworths etc . Ten / 15 minute walk to village and beach . Very low maintenance garden . Just watering only as I have a gardener that mowed my from yard and I have artificial grass out the back .
Front yard has beautiful sunsets street quiet .
