House sitting on a 20 care property. Care of 4 cats, 3 dogs, 6 chickens, 12 horses, 1 pig and 1 cow. 3 bedroom old queenslander house, air conditioning. Horses and cow require feeding and watering 2 x day. There will be a car available if needed. 5 min drive to shopping. 50 mins to Toowoomba, 35 to Ipswich and 1 hr 10 mins to Brisbane City. Can be very hot over summer. 5 mins to local swimming pool. Prefer non smoker and experienced horse person. Horses do not require work or exercise as they holiday during the hottest months. Preference is a horse experienced person in case there is a requirement to address first aide or other horse health issues.
