Hi, I'm looking for someone to live in my house while I'm away, and water the garden. There maybe one cat to look after but he is very easy and low maintenance.

You will have a big master suite with queen-sized bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. It is a big house with a big back porch and off-street parking. It is a very comfortable house in a quiet street.

There is a shopping centre at the end of the street, and bus and train are both within walking distance. The house is located within ten minutes of pretty much anything you might need including lovely walks/bike rides along the river. There's a gym within walking distance and an indoor pool and gym complex a short drive or bike ride away.

PS - the dates are flexible
