Dream house sitting location - easy care modern family home a short stroll from Middleton Beach and very close to town. Three pets in total - 2 cats and a Border Collie (Flash). Flash is 11 yrs old, loving, quiet and excellent company. We are off to Bali for the school holidays and are looking for a mature person/s to stay in our conveniently located home between Albany town and Middleton Beach. There will be no gardening required, just pet care. The two cats will ignore you mostly unless it's dinner time, the dog will require pats, tummy rubs and short walks. She's a middle aged lady dog now so it's nothing strenuous. There is a 3km Lake Seppings circuit walk accessible from our street and an awesome dog exercise beach very close by. She is obedient and well socialized so you can take her anywhere without worrying. From our house it's also a short walk to the stunning Mt Clarence trails - it might be winter but it's still a magical time to be here, to rug up and get outside!
