We’re looking for a caring, reliable house sitter to look after our much-loved diabetic cat while we’re away.

Our ideal sitter is someone with experience administering insulin to cats or dogs. Veterinary nurses, vet students, veterinary technicians, experienced pet sitters, or anyone who has previously cared for diabetic pets are especially encouraged to apply.

About Chacha 🐈

Chacha is a sweet, affectionate indoor cat who enjoys company and a calm home environment. She has diabetes, which is well managed with a consistent routine.

Her care includes:

* Feeding twice daily.

* Administering a small insulin injection every 12 hours (very straightforward once shown).

* Monitoring that she has eaten before each injection.

* Plenty of cuddles and companionship.

She is stable on her current treatment and has an established routine. We’ll provide a thorough handover, written instructions, demonstrate the injections, and remain available throughout your stay if you have any questions.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has experience giving insulin injections or other pet medications.

* Is reliable and comfortable maintaining a strict morning and evening schedule.

* Will spend time with Chacha and treat her like their own.

* Is confident recognising if something isn’t quite right and contacting us or our vet if needed.
