Lovely modern air conditioned split level home surrounded by lush tropical gardens with a large inground pool and a covered outdoor decking area. It has a tropical resort feel and is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. You will have the entire home available except master bedroom but you will have your own comfortable queen size bedroom with fan/air conditioner and main bathroom. The kitchen has a large gas/electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. I have 2 small dogs Oscar and Biscuit who love to be walked daily around the neighbourhood and once they get to know you will happily snuggle on the couch. The media room has a large smart TV with multiple streaming services and wifi. I have pot plants and gardens that will need watering regularly especially over summer and the pool will need an occasional leaf scoop. Woombye is a lovely town situated near Nambour and a 20 minute drive from the coast beaches and walking distance to the local shops, cafes and pub. We are close to Nambour and about 20 min drive from Maroochydore and beaches. The Big Pineapple and WildlifeHQ Zoo are close by and so is Montville if you want to explore the hinterland. My home is not set up for children and as my dogs are not used to kids I would not trust them around children. So I would prefer a single or couple to house sit.
