House sit WELLINGTON POINT

We have two female border collies that would need to be walked daily. They are 9 and 12 years old. The 9 year old is a tad difficult to walk as she is very anxious in public and will bark and try and bite other dogs. She is such a lovely dog at home. The 12 year old is the most calm lovely dog. They spend their days between inside and outside, and sleep inside (they will want to sleep on the bed haha). We are after someone that will stay here every night. We can’t leave the dogs outside at night as they bark. I work from home so they are used to having company all the time.

With regards to house, it’s a two story but we would shut the gate to upstairs and the housesitter would have the spare room that’s located downstairs where the kitchen is. There is a queen sized bed in the room, there is a bathroom and laundry downstairs too.

We store stock for our trade business in our home garage so our one worker drops by once a day, four days a week. This would usually only take place once a day in the morning around 7/8am. You won’t need to let him in, he has his own remote to the garage and doesn’t ever come into the house. We will lock the pedestrian door into the garage so no there will be no access for your peace of mind.
