I am Judy who loves all creatures great and small. I have a rescued fur baby, Louis, who is a very lovable, communicative but chilled ragdoll.
He likes to sleep in various places around the home and occasionally goes to check out the grounds outside. He has treats when he comes indoors, half a pack of dine morning and late afternoon and a bowl of dry food he snacks from.
I also feed the magpies from my bedroom balcony where there are also a few plants to water.
He is an inside cat who likes to have the occasional outside visit, but not at night. He has a litter tray in the hallway although he prefers to dig in the sandy soil outside when he can if I am home. He must not be left outside when you go out. He loves fresh water and I have a water cooler that auto tops up but he has also taken to drinking from a bowl on the bedroom balcony. There is a lounge on the bedroom balcony that he likes to sleep on during the day. He does not meow very often and when he does it is only to see where you are, to get a back pat or head stroke, to tell you his food is getting low and he would like a fresh top up or that he would like to go outside for a look around and a toilet stop. He uses the litter no problems as he is not allowed outside at night. He finds his places to sleep. He is wary of strangers and will take a while to warm up. Patting while he is by the food bowl helps.
