We have a large modern 4 bedroom duplex. One of the rooms is a fully equiped media room with a full sized projected on a large wall. You have a choice of four rooms to sleep in. We have no preferences. We want you to feel comfortable in the room you choose to sleep in. Our house is located in a quiet dead end of a street, and we are conviently located 13 min walk to the train station and lots of shops and cafes.

We have two cats located in an outdoor enclosed pen. They never come into the house, so you wont be woken in the middle of the night by furry friends. The cats are super low maintenance and don't need much attention. Kate and Buttons are 14 years old and mainly sleep and eat. When we go to feed them and clean their litter tray twice a day, they do like a pat and brush. Very friendly and gentle mannered. We have one budgie indoors named Ray. Ray is a cutie and just needs attending to once a week. He's also very friendly and an easy going bird.

Would be great if you could mow the lawn once a week. If not all good. That’s a bonus for us. And watering our indoor plants.

We are going away to Europe for a month and prefer someone to look after the pets and collect the mail.

We are leaving by the 13th May and really would like to organise this as soon as possible so we have peace of mind with our fur babies.
