WE are travelling interstate 14 - 17 days in mid February 2017 = you can ENJOY peak summer season in Adelaide with a backyard pool. We are looking for single person or a couple who do not work full time & preferably are semi retired or retired & will be home most nights & days. Definitely prefer no kids as only room for a couple. We have 3 cats. 2 are inside very spoilt fur babies who only want to sometimes pop out to our courtyard but want to come back inside in less than 2 minutes when they change their minds because it is too hot or cold for them IF you are not a cat lover don't bother contacting us because our cats think they own the house & will love following you around all day. They thrive on love & attention & must be inside before it gets dark.Our 3rd cat is younger & was inherited from our son & very quiet & she lives in our enclosed insulated garage as she is unfortunately scared of our 2 boys. We have available one Queen size bedroom with a TV + air con lounge room,full kitchen.laundry,bathroom etc. Also have large outdoor courtyard with full outdoor kitchen with fans & TV & Gas BBQ ( just refill the gas bottle if you use it ) Large swimming pool & spa which will be great in Adelaide's hot February weather. No party people as it is nice quiet neighbourhood. Several nearby local parks for walking,picnics or bike riding .Very close to public transport & only about 30 minutes from city centre. Room for a large caravan in our driveway if you are travelling grey nomad.We will be available by mobile phone & our neighbours are very friendly & helpful people.Arrangements will be made with local vets for payments if any of our fur babies get sick.We have a low maintenence garden that will just need watering in the hot weather. We would really want to meet you before February & would also be acceptable IF you wish to come to our house 1 - 2 days before we left on holidays.
