Our 100 year old characterful home is a large 3 bedroom home with office, library, dining, lounge, spa and large games room with snooker table and large screen TV.

We have reasonable but not excellent internet and mobile coverage.

We have a large shed that will have minimal contents stored in it. 20m x 10m.

The garden is 3.5 acres. We only mow an acre and have a ride on, pushy, hedge trimmers pruners etc. We would appreciate some maintenance being done on the upkeep of the garden.

Whilst we are approx. 30mins from two good sized towns (most amenities) and only 2 hours from Canberra we have a 9 hole affiliated golf course only minutes away.

For a long term sit some payment towards electricity hopefully could be negotiated.

The house is fully furnished. The main bedroom is ensuite, WIR and the other two are serviced by a family bathroom.

We have a wood fire and reverse cycle airconditioning.

Dates are flexible and could part thereof.
