We have 3 dogs that are low maintenance, mostly outside dogs, but they need a bit of love, affection, food, water and a couple of hours inside on their beds most nights plus some reassurance if there is a thunderstorm. Rural residential property, 1 year old big house, on about 1 hectare of land, great views. Turning some sprinklers on occasionally would be good if it does not rain, pumping out the pool if it does, but no other mandatory maintenance is required. Feel free to mow if you want to, but not necessary. Great location, very comfortable new house, wifi, cleaner comes once a week so no housekeeping, just sit back, love our pups and enjoy the Hunter Valley.
