I live on a ~10 acre property with 2 dogs, some chickens, and a few cows. I work from home so the dogs are used to company around the house most of the time, but are crate trained and can go up to 4 hours during the day in their crates.

The house would suit a single person, couple, or small family (we'd set the spare bedrooms for you).

There's a home office, is on rain water, air-con, Netflix and Amazon Prime, coffee machine, home gym, large deck with a BBQ, and a fire-pit area to enjoy lazy afternoons.

A green thumb may enjoy pottering in the garden and there will likely be some regular watering required. We'll leave seeds ready for you to plant if you like but it's certainly not required!

This would suit someone who:

- works or studies from home most of the time (or retirees!);

- loves dogs and feels competent to manage them for this time period (including morning walkies and some play in the afternoon);

- loves a bit of space, peace, and quiet.
