We are looking for someone to live in our house while we are away for six months. Minimal duties required - no pets, pool or large garden.

The house is located about 35minutes from the centre of Brisbane, in a rural location. This job will only suit those with their own transport who are happy to be located 15 minutes drive from the nearest shop (at Kenmore, west Brisbane). In return you will enjoy peaceful surroundings with wallabies, echidnas, possums and birds galore - including a pair of parrots who come in to feed on the deck.

The house is a split level wooden pole house, so would need someone OK with stairs. Large lounge room, kitchen with all appliances, study/spare room and use of two bedrooms.
