I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out as I'm looking for a responsible couple/single to house-sit my lovely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the picturesque town of Busselton, WA. Our home is conveniently located just one street back from the beautiful Geographe Bay beach, making it the perfect spot for beach lovers.

Our two delightful, well-trained dogs, a female Dobermann and a male Collie X, both 10 years old and fully vaccinated, require feeding and a daily walk to the dog beach, which is just a 5-minute stroll away. Additionally, we have a large pond with friendly fish that need feeding every three days and the occasional scooping out of leaves.

No gardening or cleaning duties will be expected from you. Your primary responsibilities will be to walk and feed the dogs and fish—no need to worry about walking the fish though! When you move in, you'll find our house and garden spotless and well-maintained.

You will have full access to the house, complete with your own bathroom and two bedrooms. Feel free to make use of the internet, live streaming services such as Netflix, and anything else you may need inside the house or in our fabulous outdoor bar and TV area. We have a beautiful patio bar area with a TV and beers in the fridge, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The patio plants may need watering once or twice during our absence in August. Other than that, just enjoy the space and take care of our furry friends.
