Requirements

We are looking for a couple or a single with some livestock experience with a self-contained mobile home and or caravan to caretake our property, stock and dogs.

The 103-acre property is 16km from Kyogle which over the years has promoted itself as "The Gateway to the Rain Forests" and currently as " Where the Sun Spends the Winter". Annual rainfall of 1118mm, 250 days of sunshine and is a suitable starting point for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of the Border Ranges and Toonumbar National Park.

Basic care is required for the landscaped garden which has native, exotic trees, shrubs and an abundance of different fruit trees- dragon fruit, fig trees, pomegranate, peach, apricot and avocado.

We have between 12 head of stock and 1-10 trained cattle dogs (from time to time), who would require some TLC, water and food daily.

The stock feed and dog food will be provided. No house work required, watering/care of the garden is necessary however maintaining/monitoring of the pool is required.

NBN Sky muster satellite internet and Wi-Fi.

References, police check and a phone conversation beforehand. NOTE no extra visitors allowed. NO access to house is required. Easy for RV campers.
