House & pet sit a large outdoor friendly dog & 1 affectionate indoor cat. Dog walking but not necessarily every day. General watering of garden, pots & indoor plants. Would suit a couple or a single person. Only 10 minute walk to a very beautiful beach. Keep house tidy & clean. There is use of a Pool Table in the mancave/ Shed & a small Art studio. Its a newly built home with 2 bedrooms, use of one bedroom only. There is a small media room with a pull out sofa & a desk for working remotely. A modern kitchen with gas cooktop & double oven, large 2 door fridge, airconditioning, large bathroom with huge shower & a bath with seperate toilet. NBN connection, car parking. There is a wonderful local pub a 10 minute walk across the boardwalk & a very friendly bowling club both have fabulous food with new menus & new chefs along with free courtesy bus if needed. We have takeaways, general store, foodworks, bakery, chemist & hardware. Everything you need is here for a short stay or travel into Childers 25 mins or Bundaberg 40 mins for more shopping needs. Woodgate is a beautiful friendly village located between a beach & a national park. If you enjoy fishing, long leisurely walks, peace & quiet, friendly people, photography & just a very relaxing lifestyle then this is the place for you. Just keep it to yourselves & dont tell everyone about this amazing place Please!
