Renovated 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms. To look after 2 dogs. 1 x 12 year old spoodle(Taliskrt) and 1x1 year old Lagotto (Bruno). Both very social, great with children too. We live opposite an off leash park which is perfect for their daily walks. Bruno requires

2 x 30 minutes walks per day, Talisker only 1. We're 15 minutes from the beach by car and on a frequent bus route to chadstone shopping centre and a couple train stations.

They are both happy outside during the day but sleep inside. Both obedient and toilet trained.

The house has evaporative cooling, a moderately sized garden and deck. No garden maintenance is required.
