We have a two story home with gardens about 2 blocks from the beach. It's a modern home with air conditioning. The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite) but 3 toilets. Both upstairs and downstairs have floating floors and rugs in the living room and the main bedroom. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and two bedrooms that are pretty empty (if needed we can arrange more bedding. )

In terms of what needs looking after there's Pepper a small medium (large small dog or small medium!) dog and some fish. There's also some quail in the backyard. As well as plants both indoors and out will need watering. Most of the garden is low maintenance and no mowing is required for your stay (as we have someone that comes around to do the mowing and keeping the garden tidy).

We are happy for overlaps if needed as the second bedroom is a guest room and the main bathroom is yours to use. 1 dog ok if you are travelling with one. Parking for a caravan can be arranged in the local area but it won't be right on the property.

There is a swimming pool in the area and the Bowen public pool is free if you fancy a drive. And we have our own outdoor shower on the house! (We usually just wash feet off but was designed to have cooling showers for the hot summers here).

Usually Pepper goes for a walk at the local beach (Queens Beach) but is happy to go to any of the dog off leash beaches (Kings Beach, Rose Bay area and Front Beach).

Bowen is a small town in the Whitsundays with an IGA and Woolworths and Sunday markets.
