We live in a quiet rural/residential area on a 5 acre property. Our house is Colonial style featuring heating throughout, 4 bedrooms, double garage, and plenty of space. The local Shopping Centre and amenities are a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive away.

Our "pets" include 2 ducks (Alex and Madame), 1 alpaca (Eric), a camel (Zeebah) and Scout, our beloved kelpie. There is no garden maintenance required apart from using whatever vegetables etc are available in the garden.

The Bellarine Peninsula boasts a number of outstanding features including wineries, beaches and golf courses. We are a 25 minute drive from the Great Ocean Road and 15 minutes from Queenscliff and the Searoad Ferries to Sorrento and the Mornington Peninsula.
