Retired or Semi-retired couple to sit near new luxury home set in landscaped grounds in a beautiful, lush green valley. Situated on NSW Mid North Coast close to coastal towns of Laurieton, Port Macquarie and Taree. 3 small dogs, some fish ponds and finch aviary all requiring very little to no work, just daily feeding. Large lawn areas but little mowing required during June/July.
Close to good fishing areas. Use of Toyota Hilux Utility.
