Assignment Requirements

We have a large property with cats, dogs, horses, cattle and sheep to be looked after, but with it comes a unique countrified escape living in our beautiful fully established and functioning home. 5 bedroom 1 bathroom, plus guest suite with ensuite. Pool, gravel tennis court, large back deck with outlook onto large paddock, creek line, stables and house dam and large garden. The homestead is fully supplied with electricity, hot water and internet, and access to 4WD vehicle(s) for paddock driving and stock checking as required.

We are looking for someone, ideally a couple to come and look after our much loved and well maintained family home and associated properties. The house sitting will involve stock checking and keeping our zoo of foster fail cats dogs and chooks fed and loved while we take a few days to be a family, away from the constant strain and pressures of the farm. We haven't been able to take a holiday with all 6 of us in 10 years, if not more and so any help to make this dream a reality would be absolutely amazing!

I'm the youngest daughter of the farm owners of this property and I've been slowly chipping away at mum and dad to get them on board with trying the house sitter "trend" for at least 3 years! Mum and Dad are finally on board (mostly) with the promise that we find someone, preferrable a couple who are reliable, transparent, honest and caring to come and help us out, all while getting the experiencing of living and breathing outback life!
