House sit ERSKINEVILLE

Meet Oliver:

Oliver is a 9½-year-old Chihuahua-Pug cross and rescue dog. He's a gentle, affectionate little companion who loves having people around, especially in the evenings. As a rescue dog, he thrives on routine and can be a little cautious with change and new people at first, but he's very friendly once he feels comfortable.

Oliver is usually walked 2-3 times a day for around 20 minutes, although he may take a little time to gain confidence walking with someone new. He's happy on a lead and enjoys quiet neighbourhood walks but is not suited to dog parks. He is fed morning and late afternoon, and at night sleeps in his own bed beside mine.

About the Home:

The house is easy to maintain and located in a fantastic position, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and close to the cafes, restaurants and shops of King Street, Newtown.

You'll have access to:

* Comfortable accommodation with a queen-sized bedroom downstairs and an additional bedroom upstairs (linen provided)

* Full kitchen and bathroom

* Fast internet and Smart TV

* Small rear courtyard and indoor courtyard plants that require occasional watering

* Friendly neighbours

* Street parking

Who I'm looking for:

I am seeking a trustworthy, caring person (or couple) who will enjoy spending time with a small dog and will be able to keep his routine as consistent as possible. Preference will be given to sitters who can provide references and a current policy clearance.

One to three adults are welcome to stay. Unfortunately, the home is not suitable for children or other pets, as Oliver prefers a calm and predictable environment.

I am looking for non-smokers who are comfortable following a shoes-off household.
