Assignment Requirements

Our two story house is located in Bonny Hills NSW and looks north towards Port Macquarie. Great ocean and beach view. It is a 3 bedroom house with an open plan kitchen/ dining/family room. Car space single carport.

Our fur baby is 12 year old maltese terrier who is a house and lap dog. He is very lovable but does sleep at the end of the bed so this must be considered. He requires walking once a day at a leisurely pace; perhaps to the local coffee shop. He gets very excited at the postman, delivery person, garbage trucks and front door, so this must also be taken into consideration. We are a retired couple so Sammi is very much used to company most of the time, so people who work from home or are also retired would be great.

The yard is small and gardens easy to maintain.

Mail collection

Garbages placed on kerb on given week for collection.

We are proud of our house and ask that our sitters treat it in a respectful manner, leaving it as it is found.

Suburb Insights
Life in Bonny Hills settles into a rhythmic, coastal pace that rewards those who embrace the quiet. Mornings usually begin with a slow walk toward the waterfront, where the salt air meets the sound of local birdsong. While watching over a home here, you might find yourself wandering the gentle trails around the lakes or exploring the sandy stretches of the beach at low tide. The town functions on a scale that feels intimate; most errands involve a quick trip to the local general store or a casual stroll along the main strip. Food tends to center on fresh, seasonal ingredients found at the nearby markets or tucked into small, independent cafes. Siting a home provides a front-row seat to these small rituals, such as grabbing a coffee before heading out to monitor a garden or walking a dog through the nearby parklands. The lack of heavy traffic and the absence of city noise make it easy to settle into a routine of reading on a deck or watching the tide change.
