To look after 2 cats and we have some chickens....some stay in their enclosure...the silky chickens rome around the yard. We have 7 ducks who wander around and are to be put in their pen at night....very easy and they don't chase you or bite. Plants in pots to be watered...no mowing. We have a swimming pool....wi fi...Netflix etc. We live on 1acre close to shops. Raymond Terrace 15mins away. Newcastle is 40 mins away as is Nelson Bay. Hunter Valley is 1hr away.
