Hi.

The house - its a one bedroom apartment. Close to the city (20 mins walk or 10 mins by tram), 10 mins walk to South Melbourne, across the road from the shrine/botanic gardens/the tan. Great views over the bay. Modern and clean. Gym and pool facilities. On street parking that you have to pay for during the day, free at night and on weekends.

Pets - we have 2 mini long haired dachshunds, Howie and Chester. Both boys are very affectionate and loving. Needs around an hours exercise each day (it would be great if this could be split into two so they get to go outside at least twice a day). It's very important to us that they get adequate attention as they love spending as much time as possible with other people and dogs. We would also like the sitter to be around a bit during the day. We understand that people do have a life but we don't want them to be home alone day in day out.

One unpleasant part of owning a pet in an apartment is cleaning their toilet. It's one of those grass patches and sits on the balcony. It needs to be cleaned out twice a week.

There are also a few plants that need to be watered.

We would prefer a couple or a single.
