Hello, we are looking for a house sitter to look after our 3 years old, male Cavoodle, water our garden, some indoor and outdoor plants, and a bit of weeding if required. House is big with 3 bedrooms, a lounge, a living-dining-kitchen open plan living, a large guest room (option for a single or double bed with its own ensuite bathroom), large backyard. House is built 4 years ago with a passive house design, airy & bright, triple glazed windows, reverse AC, cool in summer and warm in winter. It is located 40 mins walk to the city of Canberra or a 7-10 mins Uber ride away. The local shopping area is about 800 meters, plus local pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes within 2.5 km. As well as the shopping in Canberra center, plus Majura Park shopping area. It is a quiet safe suburb. There are lots of local reserves for walks, plus mount Ainslie only 5 mins car ride away.
