We live in a house right on Sydney harbour in Seaforth, only 8 minutes drive from Manly beach. We are travelling overseas for 5 weeks from Aug 15 to Sept 20 to attend a wedding and need a house sitter to look after our 11 year old Kelpie. As she is an older dog she only needs short walks or a longer walk every second day. She also requires daily medicine for arthritis etc. Our 26 year old son will be joining us overseas for the first week only and then he will return home. Seeing that his work hours are very long he cannot look after our dog. He does come home about 3 nights a week but if that is a problem (ie if the house sitter would prefer the house to themselves the whole time) he can move out for the duration to stay with a friend.
