We have a very peaceful 10 acres set in the National Park just 18km from Collie and just down the road to the coast and the beautiful Ferguson Valley.

There are 3 horses that just need to be checked on twice a day, ensuring that the fences are clear. Bonus if you can use a small chainsaw.

The rest of the time is yours to explore the many nearby attractions or just relax near the wood heater.

Groceries are readily available at Woolworths and Coles in Collie or Treendale - both 18km from the property. It's a 12k drive to the Wellington dam and its famous mural. Phone numbers will be left for veterinary care if required and people that can help with the horses and fence clearing if necessary. The home is an older style with a Queen bed and wood fire for heating. Local cafes, provide pleasant spots for a break. And there are many opportunities for bush walking. Please note though that if you have a dog that they are not permitted in the National Park surrounding the property. Collie is inland so any desire for beach walks involves a 40-minute drive.
