We live 5-10min drive from Frankston beach and the Bayside shopping centre, with another local supermarket 5min walk from us. Comfy insulated renovated house with reverse cycle air-con, induction cooking.

We have a 6-year old Cavoodle (Brownie), one pet rabbit (Minty) and four chickens (one old and 3 laying hens) that will need to be taken care of.

Brownie lives mostly in the house, sleeps in the laundry, enjoys a daily 30-60min walk and is always ready to run after thrown balls. Minty only needs to be let out of her cage once a day. Chickens need their gate open in the morning and closed before dark so they can free-range in the garden and daily produce their lovely eggs. All pets need to be fed and looked after every day.

Our driveway has enough space for two cars or one car and a caravan.

We have an edible garden that will need occasional watering (weather-dependent), you're welcome to help yourself with whatever gets ripe and ready.
