Person or a couple to house sit and pet sit. We have 1 small dog and a bird aviary plus a very pretty garden.

The dog is a 4 year old King Charles Cavalier. The bird aviary is set up to be self sufficient for about a week however the water just needs to be checked and if we have a heatwave then the birds need to be sprayed with the hose. The garden has timers but we do have pot plants and some areas that may need to be hosed if we have a heatwave. We do also have goldfish in the outside pond.

The house is located in Goolwa North, 250 metres from the river, and a pleasant stroll to the Main Street and wharf precinct along the riverside bikeway.

The house has a reverse cycle air conditioner, wood stove and ceiling fans. There is a spare bedroom for you to sleep with a queen size bed, covered front veranda, a large rear veranda with pull down blinds and a lovely outside area to sit in near the aviary with an outdoor fire.

The garden is large enough for a caravan to be parked at the rear of the house in a fully enclosed back yard.
