STILL LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON - Free-range budgie - small bird with VERY BIG personality. He is OK on his own during the day, but really needs someone to stay overnight from say, 7pm to 7am to put his cage cover on at night and take it off in the morning. He does enjoy company as well, as likes to have a "chat" and ask "what you is doing?". Has access to whole of house but mainly uses kitchen/dining/lounge area and one bathroom. Will land on head or shoulders. Likes to share food sometimes. Cage clean weekly. Seed changing every 3 days.

One goldfish - twice daily feeding.

Quiet area. 2 bed, 2 bath home. Reverse Cycle AC. Open plan living, plus separate lounge. 2 tv's. Garden beds and lawns reticulated. Some pots need hand watering. Secure gated complex with pool. 7 minute drive to shops; 8 minute drive to beach and National Park. Golf course nearby. 15 minute drive to new freeway on-ramp.

Unfortunately there is no room for caravans or motor homes as our property is in a Strata titled gated estate,

Prefer single, mature female or mature couple without own pets. Must be able to stay overnight.
