Assignment Requirements

A beautiful big home and garden, with a swim spa if I get the water balanced in time. Lovely neighbourhood, accross from a park. Mainly want someone here as I have the cutest little 3yo doggie and don't want to leave him alone all day while my son is at work. My son is 20yo and lives in his apartment shed out the back, and comes in to use the kitchen and bathroom.

Suburb Insights

Mornings in Sheidow Park tend to follow a quiet, rhythmic flow, making it an ideal setting for settling into a new home. You might begin your day with a slow coffee before heading out to stretch your legs along the local walking trails or through the shaded pockets of the nearby parks. If you are watching a dog, these leafy paths offer plenty of quiet spots for long, meandering walks away from heavy traffic. The pace here feels settled and unhurried, providing a calm environment to focus on pet care and household routines. Midday offers easy access to nearby shopping hubs and café strips for a quick lunch or a grocery run. While the suburb itself remains peaceful, you are never far from the coastline or the bus links that connect you to the city. A short drive will take you toward the coast for a sea breeze, or you can simply enjoy the stillness of the backyard. Life here revolves around these small, steady movements.
